Manager of 113 man Ugandan Guard Force and 6 U.S. personnel. Responsible for overall contract performance, day-to-day guard force operations. Responsible for training of all guard force personnel. Enforcement of UCMJ, base regulations, Supervision of Ugandan guard force, force protection. Instruction if use of firearms, defensive tactics, use of force, guard force operations. October 2009 to June 2010.

Executive Operations Officer, SOC LLC. Promoted and assigned as Executive Operations Officer for Forward Operating Base, U.S. Department of Defense Contract (DOD) - Iraq. Due to the size of the FOB this is a Site Security Manager Position tasked as an Executive Operations Officer. Commander/Manager of 56 man Ugandan Guard Force. Responsible for overall contract performance, day-to-day guard force operations. Responsible for training of all guard force personnel. Duties include liaison with Coalition Forces, supervision, force protection, instruction in use of firearms, defensive tactics, use of force, guard force operations. December 2007 to March 2008.

Shift Leader, SOC-SMG, Inc. Assigned as Shift Leader for Forward Operating Base, U.S. Department of Defense contract (DOD) – Iraq. Duties include supervision of Third Country National – Ugandan guard force, force protection, instruction use of firearms, defensive tactics, use of force. August 2007 to December 2007.

Security Specialist, Instructor, ComCEL/Haiti – Assigned as a Contract Security Specialist for US communications company operating in the country of Haiti. Responsible for protection of ex-pat employees in area of operations. Assignment as CPO for in-country CEO. Development of various training programs for the corporate security department for Haiti operations. These include, close protection program, firearms, driving, use of force, incident response planning and implementation. Five months experience as Assistant Director of Security/Operations. Responsible for operations management of 12 man security detail, local contract guard service and local country national employees. February 2005 – October 2006.

Operations Manager, CastleForce Consultancy Ltd. – Assigned as Operations Manager for Sulaimanyiah Directorate of Northern Iraq. Provide security services within assigned area of operations. This is to include coordination and planning with local host country security detachments to provide support for foreign contractors and security organizations. Conduct detailed security analysis and reporting to Regional Security Officer in support of Prime Contractor security detachments. Liaison with local Military, Police and Intelligence personnel. Coordinate emergency medical care and evacuation for the region and act as host country national security specialist. August 2004 – December 2004.

Project Manager, CastleForce Consultancy Ltd. – Initially assigned as Close Protection Agent. Promoted to, Project Manager for protective detail. Responsible for close protection of eight principals, for security contract in Northern Iraq. Duties include coordination of client movements throughout Northern Iraq, close protection, management of Ex-Pat and Host Country National close protection team, training of Host Country Nationals and security guards, oversee security guard operations for protection of client facilities, advance preparation and emergency medicine. May 2004 – August 2004.

Agent in Charge, ISI Group of Companies – Agent in Charge of 19 agent protective detail assigned to USAID contract in Northern Iraq. Responsible for 8 – 15 principals. Duties included planning and implementation of close protection program, development of evacuation plan, coordination of client movements throughout the Northern region of Iraq, close protection, advance preparation, security driving, emergency medicine, recruitment and training of local security staff in driving, security guard operations and close protection operations. January 2004 – May 2004.

Contract Instructor, HSS International Inc. – Contract Instructor for the following areas: high-risk entry, VIP protective operations, tactical rappelling, tactical firearms, basic/advanced SWAT techniques, aircraft interdiction, and bus interdiction. April 2003 – Present.

Instructor/QRF Team Member – Steele Foundation/PPU, Inc. Haiti. Assigned as a member of an eight-man training team for the Presidential Protection Unit. Duties include training of Haitian Presidential Security Unit (PSU), Uniformed Secret Service Division (USGPN) and Counter Assault Team (CAT) in dignitary protection, firearms, security driving, counter-terrorism, counter-ambush, close quarters battle techniques, helicopter operations, uniformed security operations, defensive tactics, explosive detection and recognition, development and preparation of lesson plans for training of Haitian personnel. Also, assigned as a member of an eight-man, Quick Reaction Force (QRF) to respond to direct threats to the President of the Republic of Haiti, first family, and members of the Steele Foundation/PPU, duties include, helicopter operations, counter ambush/assault operations, hostage rescue, dignitary protection and motorcade operations. March 2002 – February 2003.

Training Coordinator – State of Oregon – Department of Public Safety Standards and Training. Assigned as the interim training coordinator for the defensive tactics unit of the Oregon Police Academy. Responsible for the coordination of instructional activities for recruits to the academy. This includes recruitment, instructional development and line supervision of agency trainers assigned to the unit.
